|This is not thesis of lie but it's a life theory of Anu.
Anukampa Shiledar is her name. Anu is a cute, innocent looking girl with an excellent deception skill and is imprisoned in fraud case. But using her so called intensive skill, she manages to get parole from the court to visit her sister's wedding at Kolhapur.
During her journey she is confronted by an innocent village boy, Siddhu. Siddharth is Pharmacist from Sangali, who is on his way to propose his love to his girlfriend with his mother's family ring.
New problems begin when Anti witnesses pickpocket man stealing the ring from Siddhu. By fearing that she may held responsible for theft as currently she is on parole, she steals that ring back from pickpocket man to save herself from getting into the trouble. But unfortunately for her, she is unable to board the train on time thus missing it and leaving her wedding gift bag on the train.
In order to return ring & retrieve her bag, Anu reaches to Siddlites village. Things get worst for Anti when everybody misunderstands her & welcomes her as their family's new daughter-in-law because of that ring. Anti also finds her unable to tell truth as one of the family member is in Police. But thanks to a variety of misunderstandings, miscommunications, and general silliness, his family comes to believe that she's his fiancée. Even worse, the story becomes that he knocked her up, and wants her to have an abortion.
Meanwhile, Siddhu who didn't have the ring to make the marriage proposal comes back empty with a heavy heart, and is enraged when he finds the plot that has been going on while he was away. But worsening his situation, no one actually believes him, thinking he had abandoned his poor girlfriend, and ended up kicked him out of the house making his life more miserable.
Despite the fact that she's an ex-con, Anti has a heart of gold, and honestly wants to stop her major vice: lying. However, circumstances prevent her from doing so right away, and even when Siddhu does show up, his abusive attitude towards her makes her continue lying just to show him what a heel he's being.
Mesmerized with the family's love for her, Ann starts feeling ashamed of her past deeds. Things starts changing for Anu, she eventually falls in love with Siddhu.
